States, United Kingdom, Nigeria, and Canada. All orders are processed within 24 to 48
business hours after payment confirmation.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country, courier availability, and local customs
clearance procedures. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped,
including your tracking number, allowing you to follow your order’s journey in real-time.
Shipping Fees and Delivery Details
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and
order weight. At this time, Zeeno does not offer free shipping; however, we are actively
exploring future promotions and loyalty programs that may include discounted or free delivery.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. Zeeno is
not responsible for delays, undelivered packages, or additional costs arising from incomplete or
inaccurate delivery details.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you
may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a
return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and
accessories attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or
exchange.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality inspection to verify its condition. Upon
approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business
days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was
defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, the customer shall be solely responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, as return labels are not issued by Zeeno at this time.
If you are requesting an exchange, we will dispatch your replacement item after the return has
been processed and verified. If the requested product is no longer available, you may opt for
store credit or a refund.
